How much caffeine is in CogniTea?
There is approximately 90mg of caffeine in each tea bag. To compare, a small cup of coffee has approximately 90mg and an 8.4oz can of RedBull has 80mg.

What is L-Theanine and What Does It Do?
L-Theanine is an amino acid found in Green Tea that, in combination with Caffeine, helps stimulate Alpha brain waves to produce a sense of focus and mental clarity alongside inhibiting the negative side effects of caffeine, like the jitters, headache, and crash.

What type of effect should I expect to feel?
After you drink CogniTea, you should feel a sense of increased alertness, focus and energy without feeling a 'rush' of energy like you would from a cup of coffee or RedBull. You will continue to feel this way with no noticeable crash or withdrawal later in the day.

How many times a day can I drink CogniTea?
We recommend that you enjoy CogniTea 2-3 times a day. Once in the morning, and then throughout the afternoon as you need. We do not recommend exceeding 4 servings in a 24 hour period.
