Shipping

Easy! All orders of two or more boxes qualify for free US shipping!

We ship from New York state, just outside of Manhattan.

We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern will ship next-business day. During holidays and periods of high order volume, it may take a day or two longer.

Our warehouse operates M-F, excluding major US holidays. If you have a question on your order status please email hello@cognitea.com with your order details.

Most of our orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class mail service. You can view estimated travel times here.

For packages shipped via USPS Priority mail service, you can view estimated travel times here.

We understand that shipping doesn't always go according to plan! Often times deliveries can be made to the wrong address or packages are lost in transit. Recently, we have seen in increase of occurances where USPS will mark items as delivered a full day earlier than they end up actually being delivered.

If your tracking information is showing as delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you wait 24 hours to see if it shows up, or if it was delivered to a neighbor by accident. If after 24 hours it has not been re-delivered we will surely dispatch a new package. Please email us at hello@cognitea.com with your order details.

Subscriptions and Account Management

If you signed up for a subscription without creating an account first, you will need to create an account with the email you used when purchasing the subscription. Please create a free CogniTea account here. Once you login, you will see you subscription and can pause, change, or cancel your subscription.

If you already have a CogniTea account, please log in here to manage your subscription.
